Embedding a subscription form onto your website is ideal if you would like to put your entire subscription form onto a page within your website. The embed subscription form works if you are wanting to capture a subscriber’s email address as well as extra information about them, such as city, gender etc.
Navigate your way into Subscription Form >> Put it on your website and select the “Embed subscription form” option.
a) Select the “Embed subscription form” option in the main menu. Now click next.
< !–[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]–>
< !–[endif]– >
< !–[if !vml]–>< !–[endif]– >c) Copy the code that appears in the pane and paste it onto your website. You can also email to code to yourself.
If you would like to specify the page tin your website that clients return to after subscribers have submitted their information you can do so quite easily. You simply do the this by altering the code slightly once it is in your website.
Look for the below field in the code and make the necessary changes. The code will look like this: < input type=”hidden” name=”ReturnURL” value=”" >
Replace here: < input type=”hidden” name=”ReturnURL” value=”http://www.mywebsite.com/” >
If you would like to prevent your subscription form from resizing, you’ll also need to make changes in the code. Where you see the word “resize”, change the value to 0 – this will prevent your subscription form from resizing.

1. Opt in – Get Permission
One of the most important things in Email Marketing is to get permission from the recipients to receive your newsletters. Without obtaining this permission you may be considered a spammer and be blocked by email providers. By the contrary, by obtaining the permission of your clients, you are creating a relationship with them so that your business can grow.
2. The Content
Give your subscribers what they want to receive, what they registered to receive. If you have to segment your list do it, but always give them the correct information. Do not waste your time or your subscribers’ time by giving them information irrelevant to them, which in the end will come to them unsubscribing from your list. Remember that there should always be a balance between images and text, always put a flashy subject line and this will invite your recipients to read all of your newsletters.
3. The Analysis
Study in detail every submission you make, how many people opened your newsletter, unsubscribed, forwarded it etc. Analyze how much interest your newsletter obtained, and if this newsletter fulfilled its objectives.

Send information that is interesting to your customers, if you have multiple departments in your company, try to send them what each one is interested for, also segment your lists.
If important information was promised, provide them important information, otherwise you will see that they will start to unsubscribe from your newsletters.
If your customers see that the information is really valuable it is more likely that they will forward it to their friends and this of course is a benefit for you, because your own customers are doing advertising for your brand, and you will get new subscribers to your newsletters.
