    Tags: , , ,

If you would like to double check how your newsletter will send, send a quick test email before launching the rest of your campaign.

After creating a newsletter, click on ‘Sending’ in the left navigation menu, and click ‘Send a test.’ Follow the on-screen instructions to send your free test.

Tip: take advantage of Emailbrain’s Inbox Preview tool to see how the newsletter will look in popular email providers, such as Outlook, Gmail, AOL, and more. Just click ‘Inbox Preview’ under Advanced mail features.

While we’re on the subject of testing, be sure to check out our A/B spilt testing feature. This is a great way to optimize your email marketing efforts and gather valuable insight into your customers preferences.

Test your Newsletters before sending them

    Tags: , ,

One tip we always give is to test, show, and review your newsletter many times before sending it. This way you will be 100% sure that what you are sending has no errors of any type.
So here we give a few points to take into account and revise before sending your email marketing campaign:
1• Check that your newsletter looks correct in all the major email providers such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc.
2• Read the subject line several times and make sure that it is spelled correctly. Also check for any words that may be considered spam.
3• Ask one or two of your colleagues to review your newsletter and to provide feedback, that way you can know if there is anything that needs improvement or they can let you know if they found any errors.
4• Check all the links, try them and see if they are working and opening in the page you want them to open.
5• Check that the name of the sender of the newsletter is well written and that it  is also recognized by its subscribers.

    Test, Test, Test

    Hello!!

Since it is better to be safe than to be sorry, I recommend you to test as much as you can before sending out your newsletter or email marketing campaigns. Why do I tell you this? Because it is the only way you can make sure that your clients will receive a perfect newsletter from you. Always test your links, make sure that the images were uploaded correctly, and make sure that everything functions perfectly.

I also strongly suggest that you create a list with five contacts, it can be people from your office , and this way, ask them to look at the newsletter and everything is functioning perfect.

Lastly, I also recommend that you send your newsletter to a first group (around 20% of your list) and test how effective the newsletter is. If you want do a survey on what they liked from the website and what they did not like. That way you can act for the remainder of your clients based upon the first 20% feedback.
